| Subsequent Events | Subsequent EventsOn July 27, 2026, the Company entered into an agreement resolving certain post-closing matters related to the Keystone acquisition. Pursuant to the agreement, 386,961 shares held in escrow were forfeited and returned to the Company for cancellation, and the remaining 655,009 shares were released to the sellers (subject to a multi-year lockup). The Company’s unaudited interim condensed consolidated balance sheet as of June 30, 2026 continues to reflect the $5,490 liability associated with 1,041,969 escrow shares, presented within “Accounts payable and accrued expenses”. |
